Marketing Translation

Is this you?

I offer my products and services to Polish people but it seems that my brand is invisible to them!

How to change this?

The 1st step: translate (localize) your website

If you have a website this should be your starting point. This will increase trust in your clients and move them to the next step in your marketing funnel. I can also advise you on the preferred payment and shipping methods on the Polish market to stop deterring customers that are currently visiting your website.

But will translating content bring me new clients?

YES. Studies show that people are more willing to buy from you if you speak their language. For example, one study found that translating item descriptions on eBay increased US to LatAm exports by up to 21%.

Cost-effectiveness

Another reason to translate your website into Polish is the cost. Translating your website will likely be a lot cheaper than launching an elaborate ad campaign (and once you have translated your website, you can use it forever, and only translate the small bits you changed. It’s a one-time investment). You will also start ranking on Polish web searches, which will increase your traffic from Poland thus increasing the number of your potential customers.

How to attract even more clients?

Translate your social media and blog content (or let me write new content for you). 84% of your potential customers expect content from you, so keep up with the expectations and provide content for all your makrets. You can also launch market-specific marketing campaigns.

Why should I invest in a translator specializing in marketing?

If you’re a conscious brand, you know how much marketing and branding matters. You probably spent a lot on the copy on your website, so why waste it and give the job to someone who has no idea about marketing and copywriting? Instead, a solution that will bring you more clients is to hire someone who knows how to write copy and will be able to translate it adequately. Someone who will be able to transfer the tone of voice of your brand into another language to help you position yourself among the competition and in the minds of your potential customers to make them remember you.

What benefits can you expect from translating your marketing content?

Increase the number of potential customers

Build trust and loyalty in your audience

Drive more traffic to your website

Pricing

Prices for marketing translation start at 0.045 per word USD/EUR. Writing new content starts at 0.05 per word USD/EUR. Prices don’t include taxes (if applicable).

What impacts the price?

The price depends on the difficulty of the text – e.g. a website selling specialist medical devices vs. a fast food chain ad on Instagram.

What will I get?

The access to a new market, new customers, and new streams of income. You’ll build loyalty among your clients, rank higher in Google searches, and retain the branding that makes your company special. You’ll also get my support and advice on the Polish market to get the most out of your investment.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who do you work with?

With anyone! Both direct clients and LSPs are welcome, as long as the projects are up my alley (localization, marketing, content writing, subtitling) and in my working languages (English/German → Polish).

Why do you charge so much?

Because I’m giving you an opportunity to gain access to a new market, which will bring you more clients and more money. I also spent the last 6 years educating myself and gaining experience in localization, translation, and copywriting, so you could get the best results possible. Also because my work depends largely on my mental and creative capacities, I can’t be working 2 jobs because the quality of what I do would be poor, and I respect myself and my clients too much to charge for something I’m not satisfied with.

When will you reply to my e-mail?

I check my inbox a few times a day (Mon-Fri, 9-5, CET), so you should get a response the next working day at the latest.

When will my project be done?

We discuss your desired timeframe together and I’ll deliver the project within the deadline. If I won’t be available, I won’t accept the order, and I’ll try to redirect you to a fellow specialist.

What software do you use?

MemoQ, CrowdIn, EZTitles. I also know how to work with all free online CAT tools (like MateCat) and know how to use Ooona and SDL Trados (no active licenses).

What languages do you work with?

My language pair is English/German into Polish.

How can you guarantee that our project together will be a success?

I always adjust my work to your guidelines and if you have no idea how you want a certain project to be done (because for example you have no idea about subtitling), I’ll use industry best practices.

How do I book you?

Write me an email at m.duszka@sparktranslation.com or send me a message on LinkedIn.

How much will this cost me?

The pricing for my services is as follows:

  • Game localization: 0.045 USD/EUR per source word.
  • Marketing translation: 0.045 USD/EUR per source word.
  • Content writing: 0.05 USD/EUR per word.
  • Subtitling: 6.50 EUR/USD per source minute.
  • Hourly rate: 22 USD/EUR.

You’ll get a VAT EU invoice.

Do you issue invoices and what payment methods are available?

My preferable payment method is a wire transfer.

Any other payment method needs to be discussed seperately.
